CUSTOM ORDERS

All products are made to order and customized according to the information you provide.

Please review all personalization details, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, and uploaded artwork carefully before submitting your order. Evans Embroidery & Design LLC is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

PRODUCTION TIMES

Each item is handmade and production times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

Estimated processing times are provided on product listings but are not guaranteed. Shipping time is additional.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error during production. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to help resolve the issue.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

Once work has started on a custom order, cancellations may no longer be possible.

COLORS & MOCKUPS

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen brightness, fabric dye lots, and embroidery thread variations.

Digital mockups are for illustration purposes and may not perfectly represent the finished product.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, images, or artwork submitted for customization. Evans Embroidery & Design LLC reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, website content, and original artwork created by Evans Embroidery & Design LLC remain the property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. Evans Embroidery & Design LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to substitute comparable materials if necessary due to supplier availability while maintaining the overall quality and appearance of the product.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
